Operation mode. 4 weeks training block. Individual plans sent weekly after feedback from previous week. Usualy on Sunday or Monday.

Triathlon - Two Choices
a) Three sports. Plan and detailed sessions for Swimming, Cycling and Running
b) Two sports. Plan and detailed planning sessions for Cycling and Running. Swimming supervising.

  • Season planning. Short, medium and long term;
  • Advice on nutrition, equipment and tactics;
  • Practice sets as needed;

  • Initial general assessment. Ideally a personal conversation
  • Unlimited contact by email or phone;
  • Season planning. Short, medium and long term;
  • Advice on nutrition, equipment and tactics;
  • Practice sets as needed;
